Horion HK90 Extra-Heavy-Duty Mobile Stand (86″ & 98″)

Engineered Stability for Large-Format Interactive Displays – Horion HK90

The Horion HK90 is a specialized, extra-heavy-duty mobile trolley engineered to support the largest and heaviest interactive panels on the market. Specifically designed for 86-inch and 98-inch displays, the HK90 prioritizes structural integrity and user safety above all else. In large lecture halls, corporate command centers, or expansive event spaces, moving a near-100-inch display requires a stand that can handle extreme weight while maintaining a low center of gravity to prevent tipping.

Ultra-Stable Industrial Architecture – Horion HK90

When dealing with the massive footprint of a 98-inch interactive board, the HK90 provides the necessary reinforcement through advanced engineering.

• Double-Pillar Support: Unlike standard stands, the HK90 utilizes a wide-stance, double-pillar design made from thick, cold-rolled steel. This distributes the weight of the panel evenly, ensuring that the screen remains perfectly level and vibration-free during touch interactions.

• High-Load Silent Casters: The stand is equipped with oversized, industrial-grade wheels that are rated for extreme loads. These casters allow for effortless movement across different floor types and feature heavy-duty locking brakes to secure the display in place during use.

• Enhanced Equipment Tray: A reinforced central shelf provides ample space for a high-performance OPS controller, large-format keyboards, or video conferencing codecs, keeping all essential peripherals securely within reach.

Professional Aesthetic and Safety Integration

Despite its massive strength, the HK90 maintains a clean, professional appearance suitable for high-end corporate environments.

• Internal Cable Management: The vertical columns feature high-capacity cable routing paths to hide the thick power and data cables required by 98-inch panels, ensuring a clean setup and preventing accidental disconnections.

• Precision Mounting Interface: The universal heavy-duty VESA bracket is designed to accommodate the wide mounting patterns of the Horion 98M6A Pro and 86K6A series, providing a secure “hook-and-lock” installation.

• Scratch-Resistant Finish: The entire frame is coated in a premium matte black finish that is resistant to scratches and impact, ensuring the stand looks as professional as the display it carries.

Product Features and Specifications

Is the HK90 safe for a 98-inch interactive board? Yes. The HK90 is specifically designed for the weight and dimensions of the 98-inch series. Its wide base and reinforced steel pillars are engineered to maintain a low center of gravity, making it significantly safer than generic large-screen stands.

Can the height of the display be adjusted? The HK90 features several fixed mounting heights on the vertical pillars. This allows you to set the 98-inch board at the optimal height for the room’s sightlines during initial assembly.

Does it roll easily on carpet? While 98-inch displays are exceptionally heavy, the HK90’s oversized industrial casters are designed to provide maximum leverage, making it much easier to move over office carpeting compared to stands with smaller wheels.

What is the maximum load capacity? The HK90 is built to handle professional-grade displays weighing up to 150kg+, covering the full range of modern 86″ and 98″ interactive panels with a significant safety margin.
